A hypothetical example of how many people do not understand the relationship between culture and human behavior

 What if all the rules of Japanese culture (including even learning the language) were imposed on Brazilians who are being born now, from their first years of life???

Would they become "culturally Japanese"??

Depending on which Brazilians we are talking about, it is likely that there would be a variable cultural change. And, in general, it is also likely that non-significant changes would occur. Therefore, yes, the environment influences human behavior. But this influence is not absolute or predominant. First, for there to be a reaction of adherence to a certain social or environmental pressure, there must always be a predisposition, so it is safe to say that no behavior is possible without an underlying (biological) possibility or potential. Second, the generation of Brazilians who were subjected to this experiment is unlikely to replicate the typical behaviors of the Japanese, or of the original culture, since we are dealing with two distinct populations, cognitively and psychologically. So, even if the cultural bases were the same, the average and most intrinsic characteristics of the two populations would contribute to altering the final result, in the sense that the "culturally Japaneseized" Brazilians would not become exact copies of the original Japanese and, even though we are dealing with such distinct populations, another type of culture, more intermediate, but also more possibly closer to Brazilian culture than to Japanese, would emerge... But this is not what many people think, since they believe precisely in the determinism of culture or the environment (a flat-eartherism of behavior) and not of biology, that, if a certain population receives a certain education, it, for the most part, will behave completely accordingly, believing that the differences between an average Japanese and an average Brazilian are only cultural and not that they are reflections of their most intrinsic behavioral dispositions and also that, in the same way that Brazilians can be fully educated like Japanese, the opposite would also be possible, another type of flat-eartherism of behavior, of the indefinite or infinite adaptive plasticity of the human being, as if our psychological and cognitive limits/potentials were completely alterable or surmountable.

Alguns fatos MUITO politicamente incorretos sobre o Brasil que você deveria ou precisa saber/Some VERY politically incorrect facts about Brazil that you should or need to know

 1. O Brasil não foi descoberto e nem invadido 

Porque não existia quando os portugueses chegaram por essas "bandas". O que é possível de se dizer é que as terras que estavam ocupadas por tribos indígenas americanas foram descobertas e invadidas entre e pelos europeus. O Brasil mesmo é uma invenção portuguesa, com certeza: branca, europeia e "opressora"....

2. O Brasil não é um país subdesenvolvido apenas por causa do tipo de colonização 

Só se você acusar a importação numerosa de mão de obra africana escravizada... Aí faria mais sentido, com base na ciência verdadeira, transformada em heresia, atualmente, das diferenças intrínsecas de comportamento e inteligência entre indivíduos e grupos humanos... 

Mas você também poderia culpar a "elite branca", por ser ela a maior responsável pela gerência corrupta e estúpida desta nação desde quando era uma colônia de Portugal e ainda mais a partir de sua independência. Politicamente incorreto, mas para a direita...

3. Se não fosse pela tentativa de "embraquecimento" de sua população, é provável que o Brasil seria ainda mais pobre e incivilizado

Novamente, com base na ciência verdadeira, transformada em heresia pela "esquerda" burguesa, a priori, apenas com base na observação de padrões (tendências recorrentes ou que se repetem independente das condições do meio) sobre variações de comportamento e inteligência entre indivíduos e grupos humanos. Pois se o Brasil tivesse muito mais descendentes de japoneses e alemães, por exemplo, talvez, teria se tornado até menos subdesenvolvido e problemático do que é...

Mas não sei se seria melhor se tivessem mais ibéricos e italianos de "raça pura" por aqui, já que tendem a ser mais corruptíveis que germânicos e nipônicos, notável pela própria "elite branca" brasileira, predominantemente composta por descendentes dessas populações (será que estou sendo "racista" ou "etnicista" com os europeus do sul???) 

4. O melhor, mas também o pior do Brasil, é o brasileiro 

Tem muita gente especial neste país, dotada de empatia, educação, honestidade... Mas, infelizmente, a proporção de pessoas desprovidas de virtudes, especialmente as citadas, parece muito maior...

5. O Brasil não vai se desenvolver plenamente apenas com uma "educação de qualidade"

Porque, se já nascemos com potenciais e limites pré determinados com base no que herdamos dos nossos pais, incluindo traços mentais, de inteligência e personalidade, então, não basta apenas implementar melhorias no sistema educacional, nem se forem significativas, e esperar por uma mudança absoluta nas médias de desempenho acadêmico e de funcionalidade da maioria da população brasileira. E justamente por esse fato, inconveniente para muita gente que acredita nos supostos milagres da "educação', existem apenas duas maneiras de promover o aumento real e sustentado das capacidades cognitivas do povo brasileiro: pelo incentivo de imigração qualificada e massiva, em outras palavras, de muitos estrangeiros de "alto QI" {110 e mais} (usando QI como parâmetro primário de inteligência) e/ou pelo incentivo natalista de brasileiros dotados de "altas capacidades" (não apenas as que são analisadas por testes de QI) e o oposto, de controle da natalidade, para os brasileiros que apresentam baixas capacidades (política de filho único, por exemplo), que afetaria a maioria da população... 

Eeh, sim, eugenia... (Não, não é o mesmo que "nazismo", mas é isso...)

Ainda acrescentaria as minhas propostas de reforma do sistema educacional (que eu já publiquei em alguns textos) que podem contribuir para maximizar o potencial cognitivo e humano desse país...

1. Brazil was not discovered or invaded

Because it did not exist when the Portuguese arrived in these "areas". What can be said is that the lands that were occupied by Native American tribes were discovered and invaded by and among Europeans. Brazil itself is a Portuguese invention, for sure: white, European and "oppressive"....

2. Brazil is not an underdeveloped country just because of the type of colonization

Only if you blame the large import of enslaved African labor... Then it would make more sense, based on true science, now transformed into heresy, about the intrinsic differences in behavior and intelligence between individuals and human groups...

But you could also blame the "white elite", because they are the ones most responsible for the corrupt and stupid management of this nation since it was a colony of Portugal and even more so after its independence. Politically incorrect, but for the right...

3. If it weren't for the attempt to "whiten" its population, it's likely that Brazil would be even poorer and more uncivilized

Again, based on true science, transformed into heresy by the bourgeois "left", a priori, only based on the observation of patterns (recurring trends or those that repeat themselves regardless of environmental conditions) on variations in behavior and intelligence among individuals and human groups. Because if Brazil had many more descendants of Japanese and Germans, for example, perhaps it would have become even less underdeveloped and problematic than it is...

But I don't know if it would be better if there were more "pure-race" Iberians and Italians here, since they tend to be more corruptible than Germans and Japaneses, as is evident from the Brazilian "white elite", which is predominantly made up of descendants of these populations (am I being "racist" or "ethnicist" with Southern Europeans???)

4. The best, but also the worst, of Brazil is the Brazilians

There are many special people in this country, endowed with empathy, education, honesty... But, unfortunately, the proportion of people devoid of virtues, especially those mentioned, seems much higher...

5. Brazil will not fully develop with just a "good education"

Because, if we are born with potential and limits predetermined based on what we inherited from our parents, including mental traits, intelligence and personality, then it is not enough just implement improvements in the educational system, even if they are significant, and wait for an absolute change in the average academic performance and functionality of the majority of the Brazilian population. And precisely because of this fact, which is inconvenient for many people who believe in the supposed miracles of "education", there are only two ways to promote a real and sustained increase in the cognitive abilities of the Brazilian people: by encouraging qualified and massive immigration, in other words, many foreigners with a "high IQ" (110 and above) (using IQ as the primary parameter of intelligence) and/or by encouraging Brazilians with "high abilities" (not just those that are analyzed by IQ tests) to have more children, and the opposite, by controlling births for Brazilians who have low abilities (an one-child policy, for example), which would affect the majority of the population...

Hey, yes, eugenics... (No, it's not the same as "Nazism", but that's it...)

I would also add my proposals for reforming the educational system (which I have already published in some texts) that can help maximize the cognitive and human potential of this country...

 A piora significativa da educação e das capacidades cognitivas dos estudantes brasileiros, mas por quê??

Efeito pós pandemia?? 

Não necessariamente. 

A percepção de falta de educação básica e de piora das capacidades cognitivas de muitos estudantes brasileiros não é um fenômeno de agora, mas que tem sido notado desde a algumas décadas. O que acontece é que tem piorado muito nos últimos anos. Até poderia ser um efeito direto desse um ano e meio de enclausuramento forçado pela pandemia de COVID-19. Mas parece que esse movimento de piora no quadro educacional e civilizacional brasileiro é bem mais profundo, novamente, pelo fato citado, de ser algo que se nota desde a um tempo anterior à pandemia e também porque esse tipo de piora dificilmente acontece apenas por fatores superficiais. Então, a pandemia até pode ter contribuído para acelerar esse movimento. Ou pode ter coincidido com uma piora esperada do mesmo, uma descida mais forte da curva descendente, um processo perigoso e grave que ameaça a sociedade brasileira e que não tem sido sequer acompanhado ou corretamente estudado por boa parte da "elite" acadêmica, se boa parte dela está doutrinada a acreditar em pseudociências "do bem" das ciências humanas e adjacências, que pregam que apenas uma "boa educação" já é suficiente para desenvolver um país ou que o meio é muito mais influente e determinante no desenvolvimento e no comportamento humanos... Mas parece minimamente sensato pensar que toda população apresenta um potencial médio de desenvolvimento intelectual e que a população brasileira não parece ser daquelas com o maior potencial. Também parece minimamente sensato pensar se traços mentais, como a inteligência e a personalidade, não são mais herdáveis ou mais geneticamente determinados do que pelas condições do meio. Eu sei que não nascemos sem cérebros pré-formados, que herdamos esses traços dos nossos pais ou dos troncos genealógicos aos quais eles se encontram. Eu sei que o meio tem uma influência, mas não acredito que determine quem somos ou quem podemos ser ou fazer. E se a partir dessas suposições, que não são baseadas em puro achismo, poderíamos pensar se a população brasileira não estaria passando por um processo de estupidificação massificada, no sentido de que, os menos inteligentes estão gerando mais descendentes do que os mais inteligentes e passando suas capacidades cognitivas mais modestas para os mesmos. E isso também inclui os mais e os menos racionais. Possível realidade que podemos perceber pelas diferenças de fertilidade entre os indivíduos com maior escolaridade com aqueles com menor escolaridade; também por grupos raciais e de classe social, em que também se percebem essas diferenças... Então, se a média de QI da população brasileira, que tem sido estimada com base em alguns poucos estudos de QI e por conversões ao mesmo de avaliações comparativas, como o PISA, tem se situado em torno dos 80-85 pontos, bem abaixo da média normal de um teste tradicional de QI, em torno dos 100 pontos, pode ser que essa média esteja caindo ainda mais, se a nossa "fração inteligente', aqueles que alcançam médias de QI de 105 ou mais, continuam deixando de se substituírem demograficamente, sem falar do efeito disgênico da mistura racial em massa, especialmente de indivíduos de grupos raciais em média mais inteligentes com indivíduos de grupos em média menos intendentes. 

Tudo bem "politicamente incorreto", herético à polícia de pensamento da "esquerda" burguesa. Mas e se for essa explicação mais condizente para o declínio da civilidade, da educação e da inteligência no Brasil??

The perception of a lack of basic education and a worsening of the cognitive abilities of many Brazilian students is not a current phenomenon, but has been noticed for a few decades. What happens is that it has gotten much worse in recent years. It could even be a direct effect of this year and a half of confinement forced by the COVID-19 pandemic. But it seems that this movement of worsening in the Brazilian educational and civilizational framework is much deeper, again, due to the aforementioned fact, that it is something that has been noticed since a time before the pandemic and also because this type of worsening rarely happens just due to superficial factors . So, the pandemic may have even contributed to accelerating this movement. Or it may have coincided with an expected worsening of the same, a stronger decline in the downward curve, a dangerous and serious process that threatens Brazilian society and which has not even been followed or properly studied by a large part of the academic "elite", if a large part of it is indoctrinated into believing in "good" pseudosciences of good from the humanities and surrounding fields, which preach that just a "good education" is enough to develop a country or that the environment is much more influential and decisive in human development and behavior... But it seems minimally sensible to think that every population has an average potential for intellectual development and that the Brazilian population does not seem to be one of those with the greatest potential. It also seems minimally sensible to think about whether mental traits, such as intelligence and personality, are not more heritable or more genetically determined than by environmental conditions. I know that we are not born without pre-formed brains, that we inherit these traits from our parents or from the genealogical trunks to which they are localized. I know the environment has an influence, but I don't believe it determines who we are or who we can be or do. And if based on these assumptions, which are not based on pure guesswork, we could wonder if the Brazilian population would not be going through a process of mass stupidification, in the sense that the less intelligent are generating more offspring than the more intelligent and passing their more modest cognitive capabilities to them. And this also includes the most and least rational. Possible reality that we can perceive through the differences in fertility between individuals with greater education and those with less education; also by racial and social class groups, in which these differences are also perceived... So, if the average IQ of the Brazilian population, which has been estimated based on a few IQ studies and by conversions to the same of comparative assessments , like PISA, has been situated around 80-85 points, well below the normal average of a traditional IQ test, around 100 points, it may be that this average is falling even further, if our "intelligent fraction ', those who achieve an average IQ of 105 or more, continue to fail to replace themselves demographically, not to mention the dysgenic effect of an em masse racial mixing, especially of individuals from racial groups that are on average more intelligent, with individuals from groups that are on average less intelligent.

All of these is "politically incorrect", heretical to the thought police of the bourgeois "left". But what if this explanation is more suitable for the decline of civility, education and intelligence in Brazil?
