I am definitely in favor of ending the 6x1 work schedule in Brazil and worldwide. But...

...I fear the serious side effects this measure could cause in the medium and long term, such as mass layoffs, not only because Brazil is once again experiencing a sensitive economic and social moment under a left-wing government, but also because the business class, especially the wealthiest, tends to exhibit psychopathic personality traits and would have no qualms about using the end of the 6x1 work schedule as an excuse to lay off workers, in addition to committing other injustices against the working class, aiming, of course, (always) at increasing their profits...

Therefore, I also fear the effects caused by the supposedly well-intentioned measures of left-wing governments, not just this one, the end of the 6x1 work schedule, because they seem reckless, both governments and so-called progressive masses, regarding the essentially hierarchical nature of the relationships between factors within a socioeconomic scenario or context, organizing themselves like houses of cards where the removal of some cards can mean the fall of the castle or, at least, a worsening of its base. to support it. Again, as if they were completely ignorant of these relationships and how altering them without in-depth study, which would most likely result in the conclusion that other equally popular, necessary, and complementary measures should be promoted, could bring unintended consequences. For example, the constant disregard by the progressive wing for some of the structural problems, primarily in Brazil, that most hinder the lives of both employers and employees, such as the high tax burden and its use to sponsor very high salaries for certain classes of public employees, such as politicians, only ratifies and reinforces the veracity of my concern. If they joined the chorus of those who want a reduction in taxes, especially some that seem to mock their authors, but, on the contrary, because they are among those who most advocate for the continuous increase in the tax burden, to continue sponsoring "welfare measures" that, in turn, keep a potentially growing part of the population dependent on the state, precisely serving as electoral cattle...

For and Against "Vinheteiro"

Famous Brazilian YouTuber with over five million followers whose channel's fixed theme is classical music. While I agree with him that Brazilian music has declined significantly in recent decades—even if that's an empirical and objective observation—I completely disagree that MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), and especially its greatest exponents, are as "crap" (a vulgar expression he always uses to refer to anything he dislikes) as the most popular names currently in the Brazilian music scene. I totally disagree that Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, or Elis Regina, for example, are equivalent to the biggest names in modern sertanejo and carioca funk, the two dominant musical genres today (first half of the 2020s). They are definitely not "crap", and I even think Vinheteiro believes that, not only because of his adoration for classical music, but also because of his ideological antipathy towards most of the most renowned singers and/or composers of MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), since, while he clearly positions himself more to the right on the political-ideological spectrum, they follow in the opposite direction. Basically, a possible corruption of discernment by mixing personal taste, political and ideological positioning, and impartial evaluation of the quality of artistic works. If it is thanks to the "old school" MPB that Brazil managed to produce a genuinely national musical culture, and one that is highly appreciated abroad...

Another date on the "Orwellian" calendar to celebrate "white lies''

The day of CONSCIOUSNESS1*, whether black, white, pink, or any other color, should literally be a day of KNOWLEDGE, of COMPREHENSION, of UNDERSTANDING... but for a "group" that (supposedly) doesn't believe in absolute, objective, and impartial truths, a word never has a clear meaning, even more so when it's used for political purposes. This is also the case with "consciousness" in the context of this "day." Because, officially, it was created to reinforce the awareness of Brazilian society, but especially of whites and blacks, about the past of slavery and the present of "structural racism"*, its true significance is much less noble than it appears to be, if it is based on dogmatic and distorted narratives or interpretations of facts that serve as support for political agendas with ulterior motives: the domination of cultural narrative; The imposition of a new system of injustice and oppression that especially benefits an "elite" of cynical opportunists and, therefore, also the imposition of an irrational system of beliefs that is not systematically based on the truth of the facts. And, like any self-respecting narrative, these "anti-racist" narratives are also fallacies: moral, logical... For example, believing that white people cannot suffer racism or that every white person of European origin is socially privileged simply for being white...

1*Date ''celebrated' only in Brazil

* An example of distorting reality, when stating that, even today, in this year of 2025 AD, there is a structural system of negative discrimination against certain racial segments in several countries, including Brazil, disregarding both the improvements in this situation and the factors, elevated to the status of politically incorrect heresies, that explain the persistence of social and racial inequalities...

Furthermore, a true Black Consciousness Day would not be about victimhood, distortion of facts, "good" pseudosciences... but about true education, the praxis of philosophy in its essence and specific to the topics in question. So, it wouldn't just be about raising awareness of the evils of Black slavery, of how unjust and cruel it was, but also about any evident form of oppression against any human group or individual who, a priori, does not deserve it.

It would also be about commenting that Black Africans also enslaved themselves (and still do??) and that it wasn't only white Europeans who enslaved them, as evidenced by the Muslims who promoted the sub-Saharan slave trade, which was as important, or even more so, demographically as the Transatlantic slave trade.

It would also be about celebrating the (legitimate) achievements of Black Africans and their diaspora, but also about raising awareness of the social problems in which they are disproportionately represented, such as crime, without pushing a kind of "benign" supremacy over this group, which I have termed "positive racism," exactly as has been happening... And that this celebration, as well as the awareness, should not be limited to just one racial or ethnic group.

It would also be about not promoting the generalization of historical guilt of groups, even more so when it is an unfair generalization about a vaguely defined group (by the criterion of race), such as the narrative of "white guilt" in which whites are "collectively" held responsible for African slavery, as if all whites were directly guilty of what happened centuries ago and which was committed by specific groups of individuals, in addition to omitting who are the most historically responsible for most systems of oppression ever erected in a society or human community: political-economic and/or cultural "elites," who are also usually the greatest beneficiaries, and which is still a great contradiction in relation to true social justice, by creating scapegoats instead of addressing responsibility to those who were or are directly related to the commission of certain crimes on a social or collective scale.

Finally, it would be about the true education of all facts or truths related to the topic, for example, about the existence of human races or phenotypic variations, instead of, contradictorily, denying that they exist while promoting racialization about everything and supposedly well-intentioned, but which divides and confuses, more than unites and enlightens. It would be even more surprising, but very unlikely in the current scenario of the first half of the 2020s, if, in addition to promoting education about the existence of human races, education about their differences (cultural, cognitive...)** were also promoted, in the most polite way possible (as I have been doing), without this resulting in a hysteria of totalitarians that would overshadow true dialogue. The reality, however, is that this day has become the day of UNCONSCIOUSNESS, and not only of black people, but also of all those who agree with the date, with yet another date on the "Orwellian" calendar...

** That it should be noted that these are also statistical differences and that, not only or necessarily the differences, but the social, cultural, and cognitive situation of each human population is not absolutely doomed to perpetuate forever, as it can be altered or changed, but not in the way these supposedly "democratic" people think, if it comes to "eugenic" practices, promoting differential fertility targeting of specific groups, for example, encouraging those identified as "more intelligent" and/or "more rational" to have more children, and doing the opposite with those who present the opposite profile, and that it doesn't need to be done in an imposing way, as I once thought, offering social benefits both to those who are desired to have more descendants and to those who are desired to have fewer. Yes! More lies from this "group" of "Orwellians" that have been propagated in their indoctrination networks, that eugenics cannot be practiced and be successful and that it is always an immoral practice.

If I were a Brazilian public school teacher, I'd be feeling a particular rage toward the "left" lately...

Because of "modern" pedagogy, compulsory "inclusion," and now, in 2025, with yet another "Greek gift," with the introduction of full-time classes in the country's public schools...

Because "modern" pedagogy has practically stripped teachers of any true authority over their students, and compulsory "inclusion" is forcing them to deal with students who require more specialized attention*, increasing their burden of responsibilities and daily challenges in their workplace, with the full-time model, they will have to spend more time in the school precisely to manage these and other problems that occur within a classroom, such as overcrowding...

* This after the so-called "well-intentioned" began attacking the very existence of "special schools", crucial in serving students with the most severe disabilities.

So, no matter how much higher the government might raise teachers' salaries in Brazil, with all these problems to manage, which are mainly the result of the "good intentions" of the "left" over the space of two to three decades, only a fanatical and/or ill-informed teacher would continue uncritically supporting so-called progressive ideas, beliefs, and/or parties, if it is precisely these who have most complicated their professional lives in a practical sense... But, apparently, these teachers "still" represent a likely majority... If they will continue to blame only the "right" for their ordeal...

And no, I'm not in favor of returning corporal punishment to students as a standard method of dealing with "misbehavior," as was the case in the past, or of there being no inclusion whatsoever for students with disabilities or special needs in "regular" schools. But, as always, I want there to be a minimum of balance in the decisions tied to public policies, made by those who hold that power. But that seems like a lot to ask.

In some very relevant aspects, the right has been a great burden on Brazil's shoulders...

There are many examples. Such as the fact that the government funds the military, that is, it spends an excessive amount in this sector, mainly in the sense of giving them perks of public money, while it is always cutting spending in much more important areas, such as education, security and health, even more so in a Brazilian context in which these expenses make no logical sense.

Its defense of the continued tax exemption of churches is also despicable, many of which function more as houses of overcharging with other people's tithes than as temples of connection with the "divine"...

O Brasil é muito ruim com duas evidências: café e viagens, e uma causa/Brazil is very bad with two evidences: coffee and travel, and one cause

What's the point of being the world's largest coffee producer if the best of the production goes to foreign markets and the rest goes to the population itself??

And this normalized scandal is not limited to coffee...

And what's the point of being one of the largest countries in the world in terms of territorial extension if it's expensive to travel within the country even between two nearby cities??

But what do these two situations have in common??

The same causative agent: Brazilian businessmen and their tendencies towards shameless greed...

Some VERY politically incorrect facts about Brazil that you should or need to know

Engole o choro.

1. Brazil was not discovered or invaded

Because it did not exist when the Portuguese arrived in these "areas". What can be said is that the lands that were occupied by Native American tribes were discovered and invaded by and among Europeans. Brazil itself is a Portuguese invention, for sure: white, European and "oppressive"....

2. Brazil is not an underdeveloped country just because of the type of colonization

Only if you blame the large import of enslaved African labor... Then it would make more sense, based on true science, now transformed into heresy, about the intrinsic differences in behavior and intelligence between individuals and human groups...

But you could also blame the "white elite", because they are the ones most responsible for the corrupt and stupid management of this nation since it was a colony of Portugal and even more so after its independence. Politically incorrect, but for the right...

3. If it weren't for the attempt to "whiten" its population, it's likely that Brazil would be even poorer and more uncivilized

Again, based on true science, transformed into heresy by the bourgeois "left", a priori, only based on the observation of patterns (recurring trends or those that repeat themselves regardless of environmental conditions) on variations in behavior and intelligence among individuals and human groups. Because if Brazil had many more descendants of Japanese and Germans, for example, perhaps it would have become even less underdeveloped and problematic than it is...

But I don't know if it would be better if there were more "pure-race" Iberians and Italians here, since they tend to be more corruptible than Germans and Japaneses, as is evident from the Brazilian "white elite", which is predominantly made up of descendants of these populations (am I being "racist" or "ethnicist" with Southern Europeans???)

4. The best, but also the worst, of Brazil is the Brazilians

There are many special people in this country, endowed with empathy, education, honesty... But, unfortunately, the proportion of people devoid of virtues, especially those mentioned, seems much higher...

5. Brazil will not fully develop with just a "good education"

Because, if we are born with potential and limits predetermined based on what we inherited from our parents, including mental traits, intelligence and personality, then it is not enough just implement improvements in the educational system, even if they are significant, and wait for an absolute change in the average academic performance and functionality of the majority of the Brazilian population. And precisely because of this fact, which is inconvenient for many people who believe in the supposed miracles of "education", there are only two ways to promote a real and sustained increase in the cognitive abilities of the Brazilian people: by encouraging qualified and massive immigration, in other words, many foreigners with a "high IQ" (110 and above) (using IQ as the primary parameter of intelligence) and/or by encouraging Brazilians with "high abilities" (not just those that are analyzed by IQ tests) to have more children, and the opposite, by controlling births for Brazilians who have low abilities (an one-child policy, for example), which would affect the majority of the population...

Hey, yes, eugenics... (No, it's not the same as "Nazism", but that's it...)

I would also add my proposals for reforming the educational system (which I have already published in some texts) that can help maximize the cognitive and human potential of this country...

Is that the only way to do it,ok???

Swallow your tears.

Sobre o estado brasileiro/About the Brazilian state

(Again, but a little different from what I've been thinking about the state)

A priori, the problem of the Brazilian state is not its size, but the completely poor quality of those who work in public positions, especially those at the highest levels of the hierarchy. Therefore, there would be no point in reducing the state if this problem was not resolved. But as it seems unresolvable in the short and medium term and in scenarios of social and political stability, maintaining the current status quo, it seems reasonable to think about reducing it, while preserving as much as possible its essential services, such as education, health and security. (and of course, always thinking about improving its coverage and efficiency networks). If the more bloated and in this state the Brazilian state is, the more corruption with public money will happen...

O Brasil sempre foi o país da burrice e da falta de personalidade, da esquerda à direita/Brazil has always been the country of stupidity and lack of personality, from left to right

Practically everything that is done abroad, especially foolish things, Brazil loves to copy. It's unbelievable!! And this difficulty in thinking independently and rationally is democratically distributed across the entire political-ideological spectrum in this country. Because, on the one hand, we have the national "left" literally translating the nonsense of the foreign Lefts, mainly the American one, and imposing them whenever they can, without the right to a minimum of well-directed and objective reflection, without it being more a stylish digression (his specialty)... And on the other side, there is nothing new on the front either, because the same thing happens, the Brazilian "right wing(s)" just copying and repeating positions, thoughts , ideas and beliefs coming from outside, fueling this polarization that disunites and weakens instead of uniting the people. They are impeccable translators, but they lack personality and real intelligence. We who suffer...
