E se ao invés de zumbis humanos extremamente fortes e violentos, ocorresse uma infecção que transformasse humanos exatamente em zumbis que buscam um local para morrer e espalhar esporos?? Que, tal como acontece com a infecção nos insetos, o humano infectado também continuasse vivo, mas preso dentro do próprio corpo, condenado a obedecer as ordens do fungo invasor?? E que conseguisse se comunicar, chorar, pedir socorro?? E se o maior perigo fosse a contaminação em si e não confrontos épicos com zumbis humanos super potentes?? Pois mesmo em relação à ficção, eu sempre prefiro doses não-homeopáticas de realismo.
