There is no such thing as a "gay cure." But there is a redirection of bisexual preference.

Sexual orientation has no cure because it is not an illness. However, depending on the sexual orientation, it is possible to say that something close to a "cure" may exist, or does exist, more in the sense of potential for positive change, as is the case with bisexuality. This is because, in addition to being an orientation, it is also a preference, as those who possess it (like me) exhibit varying degrees of attraction to both the same sex and the opposite sex, and may lean more towards one side or the other of the sexual spectrum. They can also do so in a more deliberate or objective way, if they so desire or are able to. Although it is not as simple as it may seem, since the pendulum of bisexuality also swings based on a sexual impulse that may not be fully controlled by its "user," being more influenced by circumstances or contexts than by their own will. Despite this, I believe it is possible to improve self-control if an effort is made in that direction...

Another variant close to "gay conversion therapy" is a change in sexual preference or style, but within a specific homosexual/lgbt context. This could be, for example, a promiscuous gay or bisexual man embracing a monogamous lifestyle, or deciding to become more active/top than passive/bottom, or vice versa, if he objectively identifies this change as good for his mental and sexual health.
